The People Behind PEERU

PEERU is governed and managed through four core structures: the Board of Trustees, Senior Management Team, Core Staff Team, and Community Peer and Beneficiary structures. Together, these structures provide strategic oversight, organisational leadership, programme implementation and community-level participation, ensuring that PEERU remains accountable, responsive and grounded in the needs and aspirations of the people it serves.
